Hi there! I’m Celia.

As a certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP, Hons), I’m passionate about healthy food for a healthy body and mind.

I’m all about DIY (Doing It Yourself) and that includes food & nutrition!

My expertise is making healthy plant-based and gluten-free foods,–no vegan junk here, sorry!–as well as integrating non-toxic and eco-friendly lifestyle choices. I also give back-to-basics tutorials (like how to cook brown rice and dried beans) to help you gain confidence in the kitchen!

Jump & Sprout is where I share my yummiest recipes and healthy living tips, to give you the skills to make your own nutritious vegan meals and live your healthiest life.

My recipes are always:

  • vegan / plant-based
  • super healthy
  • gluten-free

and most are completely free of oil and refined sugars.
